Jul 22, 2005 (Draught) Sampled at King Arthur’s Steakhouse in Oswego, NY. Pours a lasting foamy, white head with a clear amber body. Lacks carbonation. Mild aroma of saltine crackers. Nice oily texture, mild hops and a gentle malt. Average.

Jun 30, 2004 3-4 oz draught sample. Fruity aroma--almost citrus, pineapple? Clear blonde light apple juice color with small fizzy white head. Malty and spicy. Small bitter hop kick to finish. Some grainyneess, but all in all a better than expected golden ale.
