Sampled at brewpub with Lubiere. Nice med. copper colour, clear with a fairly tight, light beige head that fades quickly. Some malt ont he nose, a bit of green hops. A bit musty. Med. body and low carbonation. Celery, vegetal flavour, a touch of sweetness and acidity.

A nice reddish amber ale with a thin creamy off white head. A musty carale aroma, a bit off. In mouth, a decent sweet malt with light hopping a bit lighter than expected but nice. On tap at the pub, with kprobst, Oct. 22 2006.
