On tap, July 17, 2005. Red copper ale with a strong nutty aroma, and light hops. Thin off white head. Sweet malts with light butterscotch finale, nutty in mid mouth, medium bodied.

Light off-white ring, medium brown body. Quite heavily roasty nose, nutty maltiness is rather creamy and caramelly. Malty, smoky palate, very oily nut taste with distinctive caramel undertones. light-medium body, close to fair carbonation.

(Draught) Sampled at King Arthur’s Steakhouse in Oswego, NY. Yellow, dissipating head with a deep brown body. Deep roasted malt nose. This beer bucks and kicks with a malty chestnut flavour. Good.
