Commercial Description:
Crisp and clean, a perfect ale for the knight who was known for his perfection. This ale is also the perfect choice for those new to the fine taste of microbrewed beer, reminiscent of traditional American lagers.

(Draught) Sampled at King Arthur’s Steakhouse in Oswego, NY. Pours a lasting foamy, white head with a clear amber body. Lacks carbonation. Mild aroma of saltine crackers. Nice oily texture, mild hops and a gentle malt. Average.

3-4 oz draught sample. Fruity aroma--almost citrus, pineapple? Clear blonde light apple juice color with small fizzy white head. Malty and spicy. Small bitter hop kick to finish. Some grainyneess, but all in all a better than expected golden ale.
