Sampled at brewpub with Lubiere. Nice golden colour, light amber, smallish, yellowish head. Nice hops (sl. citrus, floral, a little resinous) and light fruitiness on teh nose. Med. body and med-low carbonation. Good hops up front, sl. sweetness with a light hoppy finish. Balanced, but light. Is it really 7%?

On tap, July 17, 2005. Reddish amber ale with an off-white head. Sweet malt and floral hops with berry notes. Sweet malts and citrusy floral hops in mouth, good lingering bitterness and alcohol. Medium bodied.

On tap at the pub, with kprobst, Oct. 22 2006. A nice golden IPA with a lacing white head.. A very pleasant hoppy aroma with notes of strawberry jams. In mouth, a lighter IPA with dry malt, lacks body. This is now 7%. Still a bit light.

Big yellowish head, medium orange hue. Big aromatic citrus nose, limey and soapy. Tartish candyish sweetness. Minty, orangey and a bit chaotic hoppiness. Oily in mouth, soily and earthy malts feel a bit too dark for the citrusy and spicy hops. The malt bill is truly average for all the sweetness it gives. Extremely low cabronation, stale feel, medium bodied.

(Draught) Sampled at King Arthur’s Steakhouse in Oswego, NY. Nice orange-amber body with a almond-coloured, dissipated head. Nose of a good hop base. Nice bitterness in the flavour and finish. The best of the lot - IMO.
