Jan 31, 2008 Thanks to Ken for this one. Golden appearance. Sweet aroma. Fruit is present, similar to apples more so than cherries. Warm sugar flavor, slightly tart fruit.

Jan 27, 2008 Hazy honey colored body. Mild tart cherry pastries in the nose, some yogurt yeast presence, some adjunct-like corn meal and some faint creamed cherries. Weird, midlly tart beer, with some rubber and burnt toast flavors that don’t sit too well.

Pleasant amounts of cherries and sugar in the aroma; not very dense, mostly cherry syrup. Medium mouthfeel: cherry syrup and sugar and an off fruit flavor; singular in its fruit character; a bit flabby in the mouth. Medium, cherry and sugar finish.
