May 21, 2009 650ml bottle, BBE 01/09. Slightly flakey golden, coarse pale head. Buttery popcorn nose, minerals, hint of maltiness. Sweet & sour flavor, artificial fruitiness, grain, alcohol, honeyish sweetness, hint of solvent. Light to medium bodied, average soft carbonation. Wow, not totally terrible, but still..

Apr 12, 2009 Bottled (thanks omhper!). Pale golden colour with small white head. Aroma is grains, maize, rubber, barnyard and some slight catpiss. Flavour is paper, some hops, grains and quite harsh. Not totally horror Indian beer though.

Pale yellow color, small white color, some floating particles. Fruity-grainy nose. Watery palate, thin mouthfeel. Apple flavoured, cidery beer -corn malty. Some alcohol. Straightforward nasty brew, not the worst from India anyway!

Feb 8, 2009 Light yellow colored with lively carbonation, little white head. Slightly alcoholic and lemony aroma, some metallic note also present. Medium bodied. Flavor is drier with lemon dominating still, aftertaste has mild alcohol whichc dries. Round one.

Feb 1, 2009 Bottled in Pune, Maharashtra (Brewed by Bombay Breweries (UB)). Clear pale golden, rich airy head. Sweet ricey aroma with slight notes of fusels. Medium bodied with soapy rounded mouthfeel. The akcohol is fairly well hidden, and the sweetness is also well masked. The downpart is the mushy mouthfeel and the lack of real flavour. Finishes fruity without bitterness.
