Bungalo22 (203), Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA Jul 2, 2008 I thought I was drinking an Indian beer here but it turns out to be made in NY according to my bottle. It was light, malty and bland. glennmastrange (360), hobe sound, Florida, USA Jun 30, 2008 Bottle. Light aromas of grain and grass with corn and cooked vegetable in the background. Head is small fizzy white with no lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is sparkling clear gold. Flavor lightly acidic start to finish and is a touch sour. Palate is light, watery and has a fizzy carbonation. Refreshing, but mostly just a blah tasting beer. gwelch925 (27), Northern, Kentucky, USA Jun 30, 2008 Bottle. Kingfisher Lager pours a dark golden color with absolutely no head. I even stretched the pour a foot from the glass, nothing. Three big whiffs later and I smell nothing, literally there is no aroma of hops, no fruit, not anything. I have to agree with dp in that the unique fuit and bitter combination tastes like a grapefruit. Other than that, it is just water. dp (466), uniontown, Ohio, USA Jun 28, 2008 didn’t realize what i purchased, although the green bottle should have warned me, some bitterness/grapefruit, some skunk, overall very average azlondon (454), Greater London, England Jun 27, 2008 Appearance: Pale yellow.
