BückDich (4559), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 12, 2007 Pale yellow, light white head and nice lacing. Nose of skunky and citrusy cascade hops, light malt. The flavor is hoppy but not bitter, sweet and skunky. Finishes a bit light and lagery. Not hoppy enough for a pilsener. Cornfield (4343), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Jan 5, 2007 Good looking Pilsener pour, a clear gold with continual bubbling and a large sustained white head. The aroma is fresh white bread with a grassy/floral bitterness. The bodys light and mildly oily. Nice balance of sweet malt and grassy/herbal bitterness, although the latter should be stronger for the style. Repeatable for an easy-going lager moment. Corner Cottage, Elmhurst, IL
heemer77 (3786), Savannah, Missouri, USA Sep 12, 2006 I got a four pack of 330 ml bottles at Benz Beverage Depot in Cedar Rapids, IA. The body was pale yellow with a decent white colored head. The aroma was cooked carrots with some floral character. This watery pils has some green bell peppers, but not much else in the flavor department. The finish is metallic and coppery. Needs a little more body, I would consider this more of a pale lager. Radek Kliber (3339), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jun 15, 2003 Pale straw color, white head. Soft aromatic hops . Very clean, more like bohemian and polish style. bhensonb (3015), Woodland, California, USA Feb 2, 2008 Bottle (5.5%). Grassy hop aroma with something sweetish underneath. Golden color with a decent white head. Medium body with almost creamy carbonation. Flavor is a bit sweet malt, without much hop to balance. Not sure it fits the style very well. Other than that it is a decent little lager.
