The beer evacuates the 355ml bottle a clear gold with a generous creamy white head that upon eroding leaves a thin but covering sheet of lace. Nose is all malt, sweet with a citrus like crispness; start is lightly sweet, the malt profile adequate, and the top light in feel. Finish has a pleasing acidity, the hops quietly spicy, the aftertaste dry, a drinkable beer, but nothing to shout about.

Feb 2, 2008 Bottle (5.5%). Grassy hop aroma with something sweetish underneath. Golden color with a decent white head. Medium body with almost creamy carbonation. Flavor is a bit sweet malt, without much hop to balance. Not sure it fits the style very well. Other than that it is a decent little lager.

Jan 27, 2008 Bottle in World of Beer pack. Exact label shown although mine says 5.5%. Very thin head but a bit of lacing. Crisp gold beer. Light grassy aroma. Sweetness, hops, grassy, bread. I liked it.

Dec 18, 2007 Pours a medium golden color, with a small foamy white head. Spicy, slightly skunky aroma. Malty caramel flavor right up front. Almost a burnt smokey quality to this beer. Slight cardboard finish.
