IslandHaole (1031), Onna-Son, Okinawa-Ken, Japan May 11, 2004 Now I joked about saying "Oh joy" when I saw Keystone in my local convenience store, but I really was happy to find this little gem tonight, only 200 yards away too! An opaque dark chocolate brown with a foamy light brown head. True to it’s name, coffee is prominent in the nose with some malty sweetness and roasted malts, but not nearly as powerful of a roasted aroma as the Asahi stout I had last night. A very mild roasty flavor with a malty sweetness, a Mocha Latte and Guinness combined. Not a stunning stout but very tasty and easy to drink. This could easily become my "go to" beer! Look for this one!
