| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 23, 2009 Both draft at fest and in bottle. Both times poured in krug, so don’t know the true color. Seems to have a slight haze and a big white head. Bright fresh balanced aroma is nicely hopped and jumps from the glass. Lightly carbonated. A bit too sweet but otherwise well-put together nourishing festbier. cgarvieuk (4198), Edinburgh, Scotland

Starts very strong and spicy. Woody and earthy notes, very interesting. Becomes better with every gulp. Really good! Maria (6286), Thisted, Denmark
