Clear rich gold colour, thinnish white head. Some dullish malt and some good lemon hop too on the aroma. Quite shy, slightly sweet and toasted malty aroma with hay and a touch of hops. Light-sweet flavour with a bitter edge, medium bodied. Robust malty, slightly toasty taste with light notes of honey; medium-dry, malty, light-bitter finish with shy herbal hoppy notes. The alcohol is barely detectable. Decent Festbier.
