Scent was strong, sweet orchard apples. Slightly aged, musty aroma. Pour was pale yellow with few bubbles and no head. Flavor was nice sweetness with mild bite. Finish was faint at best and not too much to get excited about, similar in taste as the first sip. Over all not bad, not too good neither. Not something I would go out of my way for. Thanks to ante for sending this to me to try.

Jul 9, 2009 0.5 L bottle from Systembolaget. A very pale, yellow-shaded, sparkling body with brilliant clarity. No head. Dry, mouldy apple aroma with sulphur notes. Taste is rather vinous, dry and slight acidic. Unripe green apples comes to mind. Light bodied. Quite fizzy. Short, fruity-acidic finish. Decent, nothing more.

Jan 16, 2009 Bottled, from Alko, Vaasa. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is alcohol, cooked vegetables, apples and some slight white wine-like notes. Flavour is blue cheese, apples, white wine, wood and some hints of bacon. Probably better with food, than just to drink "by itself".

Jan 11, 2009 500 ml bottle. Pale straw color, no head. Fruity aroma of apples and pears. Reasonably dry apple flavor, but some odd winy notes invade halfway through. No noticable alcohol despite the strength. Medium body, medium carbonation. Not particularly interesting.
