Reminded me very strongly of coconut milk. Has a wonderful fruity and rich nose but the mouth feel was much more watery/thin and the flavor was bland compared to most nigori I have tried. Had a mineral finish. It was more of a 1 note and laked the depth and range of flavor I was expecting from its wonderful aroma.

May 17, 2006 Pours the color of watered down milk. Slightly vinous quality. A little alcohol in the aroma. Somewhat fruity and lightly sweet. A little creamy. A tinge of alcohol is noticable.

Jan 29, 2006 Updated: Feb 3, 2006White milky body with bits of rice left on the side of the glass. Mellon, rice, alcohol in the nose as well as the mouth with a touch of tartness. Medium/firm gritty mouthfeel wiht a clean finish showing a touch of mellon rind.
