| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 7, 2008 A slightly hazy straw colored beer with a small white head. Very doughy scent, sweet malts and bread yeast, light spice. A bit of tangyness in the front with a sweet malt middle and a crisp light lingering bitterness. Quite tasty indeed!

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 19, 2009 Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow, fair sized head. Neutral nose. Sweetish and spritzy with light bodied and equally light flavour. Slightly salty. Drinkable, but not very intriguing. KyotoLefty (1447), Kyoto, Japan
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 6, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. Pale yellow color. Dry wheat flavor. Rather fruity and inoffensive, but the wheat character is not outstanding. Easy drinking yet not really interesting. Capa (989), Yokosuka, Japan
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 11, 2009 Very pale straw with a rocky, white head. Grass, light floral, malt, and what I assume is rice. Sweet malts, light citrus, floral, with some spices trying to prove themselves, but not strong enough to do much of anything. Boring but refreshing. Very much in the Kizakura flavor profile. TheJollyOne (204), Kofu, Japan
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 12, 2009 Very pale yellow body, average white head. Nose of hoppy flowers with some sweetness. Taste was hop grasses and flowers, a hint of sugar. Light and fizzy palate. Nothing special.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 26, 2007 My Bottom Line:
Bready yeast and fitting citrusy tartness concoct this delicate Weizen with rice which benefits from the typical Kizakura Kappa body to honour its airy flavor landscape.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the hazy white.
-The subtle nose offers some pale fruity esters and some spiciness.
-The finish is dry, light, and refreshing.
-This is more of a fun idea than an actual flavor discovery, but it remains a good beer for a delicate meal.
On tap at the brewery restaurant.
