Bungalo22 (305), Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA Oct 5, 2008 Poured from the bottle a golden yellow color with a nice fluffy head. The aroma is sweet and floral. I know sweet is not really an aroma character but that is how it hit me. The beer is smooth and balanced on the palate but a bit light bodied. freekyp (822), Thomasville, North Carolina, USA Sep 6, 2008 Vegetables and slight maltiness in the aroma. Pours an effervescent golden with a strong white head. Flavor is lightly malty and grassy with a sharp bitter tang on the end. Traditional Bohemian pilsner style done well. SpudClampDawg (949), Jasper, Indiana, USA Aug 27, 2008 12oz bottle: Honey gold pour with a thin wispy head and lots of cascading carbonation. Soft notes of creamed corn, sticky caramel and grass make up the aroma. Crisp on the palate. More toffee and caramel sweetness leads the charge, but the DMS notes are present as well. Wildflower honey comes into the mix as well, with a tiny grass bitterness there to balance. Fix the vegetal notes and this would be a above average Bohemian. marcus (1055), Sacramento, California, USA Aug 27, 2008 This clear golden lager poured with a nice white head I don’t usually like lagers much, but this one is pretty good. There is a tasty malt base, but the flavor is too thin, and the hopping is too sparse. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Aug 25, 2008 12oz bottle-pours a rich white head and gold color. Aroma is grainy/light/medium malt-slight caramel, fruit-lime, (continental-Hallertau?) hops. Taste is medium malt (including Crystal)-caramel, herbal/chamomile hops. To medium body.
