Commercial Description:
During the cold hard winters in the Pacific Northwest, we need a very hardy ale to help us survive the winter blues. Our winter seasonal, Cabin Fever Stout is the perfect beer to round out those edges of boredom and restlessness. Taste the rich chocolate flavors with a nice finish of coffee and just a hint of raspberry on the final taste. 7.6 ABV / 30 IBU'S.

Draft at WCBF 2008. Nice dark toasted malt aroma. Black color with minimal head. Flavor is lightly fruity with very smooth toasted malt. Finish is fairly dry. Just a a touch of bitter to solidify the experience.

Love this one. Have been disappointed with many other stout microbrews. Hope to see it in more places in Portland metro area

For those reclusive wintery daze, this thick, malty, and delicious concotion is one of a kind. With a small gray-bronze head and a deep black-brown body this beer is well balanced and takes on a roasted fruit complexity after several sips. Stout lovers should make sure to get a taster of this beautiful bear of a beer

On tap at Holiday Ale Festival 2006 Black beer with small but fluffy light tan head. Chocolate, roast and traditional slight stout sweetness drive up to fill your nose. The taste follows in line with the nose. A great stout taste with the fine flavors of chocolate, coffee and roast. Really excellent beer that I think is libel to get lost amongst all the HUGE beers at this years festival. Very impressive beer that I will be seeking out in the Portland Area.

On tap at the 2006 Holiday Ale Festival. Pours black with a tan head. Very sweet stout that had quite a bit of diacytle in it. Very milky chocolate flavor that had the butterscotch flavor from the diacytle, but since it wasn’t a sweet stout this didn’t taste all that bad. Very smooth and creamy on the palate with a light milk chocolate finish.
