Commercial Description:
Kolsch style beer bridges the gap between ales and lagers. It is fermented at temperatures warmer than lagers but cooler than ales. This combines flavor aspects of each style into a wonderfully drinkable summer beer. This beer is soft and crisp with slight fruitiness in the aroma.
