Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 27, 2004 The aroma is slightly sour with notes of yeast. It reminds me of the aroma in a brewinghouse. The color is orange with a beutiful white head. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy and herbal, with a lot of bitter hops, which gives it a very dry end on a sweet background. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 16, 2008 On tap. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a dense and stable white head. Malty nose, some floral accents. Light body with a sweet maltiness and a discreet underlying acidity. Very subdued bitterness. 280608 omhper (11030), Stockholm, Sweden Apr 8, 2002 Deep golden. Oily saaz aroma and a hint of green apples.
