Mar 2, 2007 Pours golden with a thin fully receding off white head. Aroma of Saaz, soapy hops, with herbs and biscuit malt. Taste is lightly resinous and grassy with a full-mouthed maltiness that I find quite enjoyable from pilsners. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lively carbonation. Nice pils.

Feb 26, 2007 (ABV 5.0) Golden, quite wuickly disappearing white head. Malty toffee aroma, buytter notes and some hops. Quite malty flavor, some milky notes, hops showing but not getting very dominant. Quite mild finish.

Jan 20, 2007 (12oz bottle) Medium white head, crystal clear apple juice body, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, cereal, some metallic. Taste is medium sweet, grassy, cereal, bread, light metallic. Light body, some crispness.

Beautiful golden color. Nice aroma of malt, cereals, honey. Light body, with a reasonable malt taste, again with some cereals and honey. Very strong bitterness, partially aromatic. Good, maybe more :)

Nov 17, 2006 Pours light gold with a large sudsy white head. Aroma is grainy and lightly sweet pale malt with some light spice. Light body, thin and crisp with carbonation more underscored than normal. Taste starts with the crisp malt that is fairly non-descript and watery. The finish has a touch of spicy hops. An unoffensive beer, but quite boring.

Nov 3, 2006 I thought this was a pretty decent beer, the whole way through. Really light and balanced, an enjoyable pilsener.

Oct 16, 2006 Bottle: Gold color, light white head and lacing. Nose of light malts and some hops, a bit of acidity and corn. Nice crisp flavor and a clean finish. Decent pilsner.
