| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 12, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a slowly diminishing light tan head. Dense malt aroma, dry and with an overripe fruit note. Flavour is mild cardboardish, yet with a nice dry caramel malt base, light fruity note and towards a breadish dry malt finish. A light bitterness appear and gains in strength towards the end, really underlying a the dryness. omhper (12299), Stockholm, Sweden
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 3, 2008 Bottled. Very dark brown, beige head. Black currant aroma. Sweetish with medium body with some roastiness and notes of raisin and metal as well as butter and coffee. Low bitterness. Interesting flavourwise, but a bit too sweet for my liking. oh6gdx (9105), Vasa, Finland

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 10, 2008 Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, loose, slowly collapsing beige head; shy roasted-malty notes in the caramelly and slightly metallic nose; moderate sweetish flavour, quite light bodied; short sweetish-caramelly finish with the faintest tinge of hops in the aftertaste. O.K., a bit boring....... MartinT (5075), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 24, 2008 My Bottom Line:
Fruity caramel leaks from every malty pore, spreading its sweetness onto the salient bready base. This Tmavé might be a tad too sweet for serious sessions, but it’s well crafted nonetheless.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy head of foam settles on the copper-laced dark brown.
-That prevalent fruitiness is redolent of grapes and juicy plums.
-The bready pils malt perfume is alluring.
-The body is soft and round.
-There are barely any hops in the finish, so you can’t really say balance is reached.
