12oz bottle says "Best Before: see lable" well, I can see the lable, but it doesn’t tell me the BBD! No head, even tried to force it. Dark brown, nice color. Aroma of coffee liqueur. Flat and sweet. Odd beer to me. Chocolately, watery, and sweet. No discernable hop character. Some carbonation would have helped. Fairly quick finish, not much lingering. If only for a hint of hops and some carbonation this might be an OK beer.

Bottle-on the train to Pilsen. Some sweetish caramel and toffee. Some roasted malt in the finish, fairly easy going, slightly on the sweeter side.

Bottled. Papwr/cardboard aroma. A bit sourish and fresh flavour. Rather thin.

Bottled. Dark ruby colour. Papery aroma. Little roasty in flavour but weak, somewhat herbal, grassy with cocoa notes. Lightly bitter finish.

Aroma is malty with hints of chocolate, brown sugar, and coffee. There is also a strong contingent of cardboard and sour notes in the aroma. Transparent orange mahogany color with a quickly dissipating light light tan head. This is quite flat and very watery. Has the backbone of a jellyfish. Sweet candy sugar water to start with tiny hints of chocolate. How this thing averages a 3, I do not know.

Dark ruby color with no head. Kind of a syrupy aroma. Very sticky, sweet taste that quickly vanishes into nothing. What a disappointment.

Dark Brown With Ruby Tint. No Head. Aroma of Sweet Malt, Raisin - Starts Out With a Big Hit of Malt, Raisin and Bread Dough and then just Completely Deflates into a Watery Beer Without Any Flavor...If it Ended Like it Started, This Would be a Great Beer.

pours a beautiful amber/brown with a good tan head and nice lacing. nose is very malty, with not as much roast as the color would suggest. flavor is sweet and malty, with little hop flavor or bitterness-barely enough to balance. beer is mildly cloying, but with a pleasant enough aftertaste.
