Poured with creamy head that disappated very quickly. Dark cola colored, sweet malty aroma. Smooth sweet taste with hint of caramel, but seemed thin on flavor compared to other dark beers.

Bottle: Malt and very sweet at the nose. Much the same on the palate with a semi-caramel taste to it. I liked the beer and would buy it again.

Interesting, has a bit of a subtely spicy nose, with a crisp maltiness and a bitter lingering hop bite. Just this side of being full bodied, and almost heavy on the palate, but remains creamy and bittersweet caramel maltiness. Enjoyable.

Nice brown color, light tan head. Soft, sweet aroma, soft sweet flavor with notes of caramel and some residual sweetness. Not much hop flavor, but some matching bitterness.

poured a medium brown hue with almost no head. Sweet caramel aroma. A sweet flavor mixed with notes of mildly bittiering hops. It did seemed dirty at times in the after taste.

Sweet, dark malt aroma with a bit of licorice here and there. Molasses flavor, moderate bittering, sweet. Clear, dark walnut brown. Medium body, sweet finish, went a bit watery.
