33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a diminished white head. Aroma is mild yeast fruity and light earthy. Vague metallic flavoured with a mix of fruity yeasty and caramel malty flavours. Mild spiced. Smooth malty and yeasty finish, light sweetness lasting on the tongue.

I asked the waiter if they had anything unusual and found this in a small eating place in Paris. Poured a cloudy orange with a cream head. Big nose of ripe fruits and some citrus. Nice mouthfeel. Lots of rich flavors and a bitter finish. Very interesting and a great find.

Bottle: Poured a orange with carbonation sound as it filled the glass, head was white. Aroma seemed piney and berry fruit. Taste was cereal and light fruit pebbles. Balanced enough to enjoy. Dry bitterish finished.

Orange colored brew. Aroma is spicy, coriander, yeast, some fruits. Flavor is buttery, yeasty, some herbs and some notes of fruit. Overall it’s a pleasant, almost creamy, buttery texture. Nice.
