Bottle, bought at YNWA, Kolding. Pours great, chestnut brown with a nice, creamy, off-white head. Good aroma, vinious, some cloves, caramel, raisins and nuts. Low carbonation, fine creamy mouthfeel. Nice flavour, lightly spiced, some chocolate, caramel and cloves. Elegant and very nice BSA.

Bottled. Pours out in a cloudy reddish orange colour with a small white head. Semi sweet aroma of cherries and dough with a finish of neutral yeast. Yeasty and rather sweet flavour of black, cherries and anice with touches of black currant and wgite bread. Yeasty and fairly warming finish of cherries, alcohol and seet licorice.

An amber color with a white head. The aroma is caramel, raisins, spices, and alcohol. The flavor is rather spicy with a hint of mint as well as toffee and nutmeg. The aftertaste is sweet with some alcohol showing. Overall a pretty good Belgian.

Hazy amber beer, with a small, fizzy lace - very yeasty, doughy aroma, with light notes of gingerbread, cherry and fruit skins, and subtle touches of spice - a wee bit tangy and mildly acidic, like fruit pulp - a yeastiness and mild candy sweetness crops up after this, with flavors of oranges, cherries - very mild floral touches, faint notes of chocolate, some very mild ginger and cardamom - a bit yeasty, but fairly under-rated so far.
