Ughsmash (3070), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Sep 19, 2008 Bottled. Poured deeper iced tea brown with a short, but well-retained cap of beige head. The aroma had sweeter chocolates with licorice.. moderate roast to it.. brighter grassy/herbal accents. The flavor had singed darker chocolates and mild coffee roast at the core with some woody and leafy bitterness around.. finished sweeter with chocolates and darker star anise.. stickier at the end with the hops not entirely able to cut through. Medium-ish bodied with fluffy carbonation and a bone-dry finish.. decent flow.. very drinkable. fonefan (4850), Ulfborg, Denmark Sep 9, 2008 Bottle 33cl @ [ Tasting in Ulfborg ].
