(Bottled, BBE 08/2008) Clear amber with a large, big-bubbly, lemonadey and quickly fading head. Toffee-malty, dark-fruity, sweetish aroma with burned-sugary, lightly vegetably notes, some coriander spiciness. Better with yeast. Sweetish toffee flavor with quite nice fruitiness and yeasty hints. Medium body with soft carbonation. Somewhat straightforward, but quite pleasant Belgian ale.
