Taste this beer yesterday evening.
Amber color, white head.
Aroma light malts, little hops, yeast.
Thin to medium body. Taste sweet malts, light bitterness. Nothing special. diabel (1213), Aarschot, Belgium May 18, 2007 Bottle, best before June 2007 Slightly hazy, amber body. The same haziness as wort has. Off-white frothy head, which diminishes fastly. Nose of hops (with some citrus) and of medium malts (caramel, ...). Quite ok. Moderately bitter beer with some malty sweetness. Bitterness of hops, but in a Belgian way (not the American way). I quite like the flavour. Ok drinkable beer.
