Brewery tap. A black colored beer, with a thick dark beige foamed head. The aroma of dark malts, caramel and hops. The taste of dark fruits, like prunes, a little bit chocolate malts, with a nice hopbitter. A nice smooth after bitter. When the temperature of the beer is rising, the chocolate taste is stronger.

50 cl at Klosterbrau in Bamberg. Pours black with brownish head. Aroma is roasted. Taste, roasted, malty with notes of caramel, lightly hoppy. Leaves a nice coffee aftertaste. Hard to believe the abv is only of 4.9%
