Cookie, banana and yeast aroma. Handsome cloudy golden a lot of bubbles, stable white head. Banana, spice and cookielike malt in the flavor again, spicy aftertaste. Medium body, refreshing and nice Weisse.

Bottle (at Klosterbrau): Pale hazy yellow with a short white head. Great spicy, yeasty nose. Flavour is full of gentle spice, bubblegum and subdued banana. Refreshing and really tasty.

Draught@Klosterbräu, Bamberg. This was a good wheat beer and probably my favourite from the Bamberg brewers. This showed some nice estery banan notes, but not wrotten banana, more fresh, soft and spicy, with some lovely citrus flavours in the finish. Really nice.

Bottle, at the brewery. Hazy gold, good lasting fluffy white head and moderate condition. Gentle banana sweet wheatiness in the nose, more muted sweet banana spiciness in the mouth and a subdued finish with some lingering fruitiness but otherwise a fairly bland wheat beer.
