Nov 14, 2009 Bottled. A deep red beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of bread, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of bread, malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finsih. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Nov 14, 2009 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden dark orange to light brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight breadish. Sweet malty, light breadish. Smooth and roasted lingering malty flavoured into the finish.

Oct 29, 2009 Bottle. Chocolate chip cookie aroma. Pretty amber-brown, low head. Chokolate cookie entry again, honey, aromatic hops - melds together well in the end. Light sparkly on the tongue, good chewyness. Pleasant dessert-Dunkel.

Oct 8, 2009 (bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized, slightly beige foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasty malty aroma with bready notes, draff and herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderately toasted malt-character with bready and slightly nutty notes; sweet malty and mildly hoppy finish. A bit on the sweet side but still a decent Dunkel. 08.X.09
