Bottle: Deep golden, quite stable slightly lacing mid-sized white head; moderate, light nutty, light papery malty nose;, light to medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; a mix of sweet malt and bitterness in the finish. Drinkable, but not really impressive............

Dec 21, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass not really, almost no head. Tastes sourish and dry, modest alcoholic. Unbalanced finish. Im disappointed.

Dec 20, 2008 bottle, thank you MoritzF!. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Malty nose. Intensively malty with a citrusy-fruity touch and some aromatic hops in the finish.

Jul 31, 2008 (bottle, purchased at the brewery, 5.2% abv) Clear, deep golden colour with a medium-sized and persistent foamy white head. Sweet pale and cara-malty aroma with a light fruity touch of apples and citrus, accompanied by shy herbal hoppy spice. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Cara-malty, subtle fruity and nutty taste; medium-dry sweet and malt-accented finish with a restrained hops-character. A tad too sweet for my liking (28.07.08).
