It’s beautiful, red-brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of Christmas spices, yeast, caramel, light fruit and hints of chocolate and rubber. The flavor is sweet and slightly dry with notes of Christmas spices – quite nicely balanced, malt, caramel and light chocolate. I think this one would be good with food.

Amber with a small off-white head. Big aroma of raisins, molasses, caramel and a nice vineous alcohol note. Complex sweet flavour with herbs and dried fruits, and a warming alcohol finish

Draught. Amber reddish colour with a medium beige head. Pleasantly spiced sweet caramel and malty bit chocolate aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is spiced with dark malts, caramel, dark fruits and a little chocolate.
