Commercial Description:
Editor's note: brewed by Klosterbryggeriet at Indslev Bryggeri.

Bottle that was picked up in Denmark, Sept 08. Pours hazy amber in colour with a white head, some yeastiness on nose and in mouth and also a little banana. Little soft in mouth, sweetness a bit pushy at times, its decent but not great.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy reddish brown color with creamy head. Sweet, toffeish and caramelly aroma with a hint of glue. Sweetish, toffeish, toasty, berryish and warming flavor. OK bock.

Bottle. Cloudy mahogny, lacing offwhite head. Spicy caramel aroma with some nuttiness. Good nutty flavours, medium bitterness. A fruity bock ( the blueberries is a good addition) that may not rock your world, but is still highly drinkable.

100ml from tap at EBF 08. Patchwork on the surface of an amber-copper body. Sweet fruity smell. Ditto taste, just a little more spicy. Light bitterness in the palate. Clean tasting (Copenhagen, 14.09.2008).

Big shiny light beige lasting head. Hazy amber body. Yeasty dried fruit aroma with dusty malty notes with some apple and grain. Dry-sweet malty fruity taste, rather full, with notes of dates and apples. Dryish spicy malty aftertaste with fruity notes. Fizzy mouthfeel. (0.1l taster draft at EBF ’08.)
