Nov 3, 2008 EBF 2008. Yellow/golden color, white head. Bready aroma, yeasty and with some spices. Bready fruity flavor with pepper notes.

Sourish aroma; citrus.
Warming alcohol, grassy bitterness and frutiness.

Oct 2, 2008 Draugt, 100ml at EBF 08. Cloudy golden body. Missing foam. Smooth fruity aroma with light vapour of alcohol. Taste of tart berries and dried fruits. Hoppy ending with just a slight touch of yeast and alcohol. Full to medium bodied. I had four brews in a row from Klosterbryggeriet, and I found them all more or less similar in taste (14.09.2008).

Sep 23, 2008 Medium white head. Hazy yellow body. Citric mealy aroma with yeasty notes. Dry-sweet yeasty citric fruity taste with apple notes. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dryish flour aftertaste of oranges. It’s not bad, but could easily be a lot better if they just filled it out a bit. (0.1l taster draft at EBF ’08.)
