Nov 21, 2009 EsBF09. Mild roasted, sweet and yeasty aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is sweet, mildly roasted. Slightly creamy. Well-balanced. Mild spicy and yeasty aftertaste. Good.

Oct 27, 2009 Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of spices - among them coriander and lemongrass, but also light notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt and spices to start off with - the spices including coriander and lemongrass, but then the hops grow in intensity and dominates the flavors with a citrusy notes, until the very dry and spicy and lemony finish sets in. Quite refreshing and with a very soft mouthfeel due to a low carbonation level. Not bad at all.
