Commercial Description:
Editor's note: brewed by Klosterbryggeriet at Indslev Bryggeri.

Bottled. Orange coloured. Unclear. Light brown head. Grainy and fruity aroma. Flavour of berries (elder?) and light herbal. Thin bodied. Fruity end. Really don’t have a lot to say about this beer. It’s mediocre and uninteresting.

Hazy, orange body with a thin white head. Smell of spicy fruits. Ripe fruits in flavour with hints of anise. Dry acidity to the aftertaste. Soft in the mouth (Draught, EBF, 14.09.2008).

Had this at European Beer festival 13-09-08 Pours a hazy golden amber, quite soft in the mouth. Some anise on the nose, tasty but leafy in the mouth, not bad.

Small offwhite head does not last. Slightly hazy amber body. Light aroma of raisins. Dry-sweet malty straw and raisins taste with chalky yeasty notes. Quite refreshing, but a bit fizzy. (0.1l taster draft at EBF ’08.)

50 cl bottle from Khiosk, Copenhagen. Slightly hazy amber color, big beige head. Aroma is malty. Flavor is malt in front (a bit roasted), then hints of hops and minimal sourness.
