Mar 4, 2009 On tap @ Cafe Amsterdam, Anchorage. Typical California Common with just a bit more hop flavor. Light roasty flavor balanced well with the hops. My wife really liked this beer.

Mar 1, 2009 Draft@ Cafe Amsterdam ANC. Hazy light amber color with a fleeting white head. Subtle aromas of sweet bread malts with light floral hops. Medium body. Nice flavor is light sweetbread pale malts with a touch of floral hops. No off flavors, very easy drinking Pale Ale here.

Feb 21, 2009 Handbottled. A slightly hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as light citrusy hoppy notes. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, caramel, and citrus.

Jan 28, 2009 From PET bottle. Pours almost fully clear golden orange with a small almost white head. Light citrusy hops aroma. Flavour is mild sweet, slight grassy and mild citrusy in hops profile. Mild bitterness towards a light finish. Mild spiced and bitter hoppy finish.

Feb 19, 2008 Had it at Kodiak while stationed there. The best one to my taste of the beers brewed by Kodiak Island Brewery. Sweet and lemon taste.

Feb 6, 2008 Sampled at the ’08 GABBF. Golden color with very little of an off white head. Wet cereal grain nose . This beer has a simple sweetness to it with some lemon citrus and a light bready foundation. Not very interesting, but would be a nice dinner beer with lighter fare.
