Bottle@Home. Raisin and brown sugar aroma. Dark brown color, beige head, fair lace. Sweet, raisin, light bitter, some herbs, licorice, sticky mouthfeel. Wat a surprise to find something drinkable from Koelschip.

Dec 31, 2007 Bottled. Clear brown color, big frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, some sugar. Quite sweet taste, molasses indeed, caramel malt, sugary. Bit off-balance.

Oct 18, 2007 Bottle. Dark brown color. Molasses and apple syrup in the aroma. Sweet, sugary flavor with molasses, tobacco and apple. Thin. Smells and tastes like home brew packet yeast. Very amateuristic brew.
