almosi (279), Viña del Mar, Chile Dec 24, 2007 Has a good aroma to sweet and strong barley. With a great foams. A good color, has bronze and amber. Rather gaseous and with very little body, rather it looks like a soft beer. In the palate to me remembers the a bad candy tart. Regular. davidpl (416), Santiago, Chile Nov 15, 2007 Appearance: amber color, cloudy. Inexistent head.
Aroma: sweet malts, candy, toffee, vanilla and some peppery yeasty. Aromatic reminiscences of ripe peaches and banana.
Flavor: candy malty start; toasty, toffee, dark sugar, vanilla and cinnamon notes. Fresh yeast taste, that remember me a sponge cake. Ripe fruitiness like raisins, banana and peaches in syrup.
Palate: medium head some oily. Low carbonation.
Sweet unbalanced, some complex, nice.
