almosi (279), Viña del Mar, Chile Dec 24, 2007 A color has amber, turbid. ¿weissen?. Few head, minim. The aroma is undoubtedly to yeast. The flavor is strong, are recognized the grains, the candy and the malt. But the mixture is not good. An aftertaste stays to sweet masses. The end is bad, disagreeable. In general badly. davidpl (416), Santiago, Chile Nov 17, 2007 Appearance: dark amber some mahogany color. Strange color for the style. Little head, of beige color and poor persistent.
Aroma: evident presence of wheat, but not dominant. Toast barley, toffee, dark sugar and candy tones. Ripe fruits smells. Slight peppery smell.
Flavor: wheat grains and toasty malts; candy, roast sugar, toffee, honey and vanilla reminiscences. Fruitiness like ripe peaches and red raisins. Intensive and fresh yeasty, that reminds me a sponge cake. Slight hoppy but persistent.
Palate: medium body, some silky texture. Low carbonation.
Nice toast, candy and wheat tone.
