Nov 24, 2009 Draught at EsBF09. Very mild citric aroma. Cloudy very pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric, more lemony than lactic, but I like that. The finish is a bit drier than their standard Medley Berliner Weisse.

Nov 16, 2009 It’s unclear, very light golden with a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of tart fruit and very light hints of barnyard. The flavor is refreshingly tart and fruity with light notes of barnyard, wheat and astringent citrus – a refreshing thirst quencher.
