Commercial Description:

Draught. No head. Hazy light green body. Mild lemon aroma and flavor. Pretty acidic to bitter flavor. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

Bottle at EsBF09. Mild citric aroma, not very distinct. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely citric and tart. I get a little plastic in the flavour, but no more than can be tolerated. Not as dry as some of the original German ones. Good effort.

It’s hazy, light golden with a clear, spontaneously fermented sour fruitiness. The flavor has bot a light sweetness and a light sourness, and it’s fruity, refreshing and quite charming, and very easy to drink compared with some of the other Berliner Weisse’s I have had.

On bottle at Borefts BF 09. Light spontaneously fermented 3% Berliner, cloudy/hazy pale gold, thin white head. Banana and wild yeast aroma. Almonds/marzipan in mouth, crazy. You know what? I really like it. Some lemon, very tasty, light, but full of flavour and character from the yeast. Good.

A Mes rate. Bottle at 1st Borefts Beer Festival thanks to Rene.
Semi cloudy petrol blonde colour. A little more wheaty than your average Berliner Weisse giving it just a touch more body than normal. Tasty citric notes with a delicate sourness. Effortlessly drinkable as the style should be. Refreshing dry, acetic finish with some late yeasty notes. Decent stuff.

On tap. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with absolutely no head. Lactic acidity and yeast in the nose. Very light-bodied, a little citrus, yeast and again distinct lactic acids. Dry and lightly astringent finish. 221009

Sample from bottle, provided by thewolf. Pineapple, apple and a hint of milk in the aroma. Apple, traubenzucker, lemon, honey in the flavor. Well rounded sourness with some lactic notes. Very refreshing.

Sample at Esbjerg beerfestival. Small head with short duration. Color is pale golden and hazy. Aroma and taste are malt and yeast. Sour and acetic like it is supposed to be.
