[Bottle @ Odense Tasting, 14th February 2009, remembered for Carsten BeerMouths fantastic 3 meals highend gastronomy.] Although it’s long time I’ve tasted these brewdrops I remember some golden great amarillo hops at 4.2 %, which indeed is fantastic. Applause to Kolding!

Thisted tasting. Trade with Thewolf. It is warm golden with a small head and some serious monsters of sediment, that would scare me stiff, if I met them on a dark night... The aroma has a lot of fruity hops, but also a touch of chemicals, a little towards chlorine. The same goes for the flavour, but the chemical notes are stronger and combined with cardboard and citrus/grapefruit. The aroma was nice, but the flavour was disappointing.

25cl. bottle. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white foam. Nose is surprisingly hops - Amarillo, and quite a lot of it. Dry and crisp. Citrus and soap. A lot of taste for a 4,2% beer. Good!

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a a fully gone head. Dry wooden and citrusy hops aroma. Watery yet with a dry hoppy and mild citrusy flavour. Light bodied. Bitter and solid hoppy finish, nice crisp and fruity finish. Quite refreshing.

Bottle from thewolf, thanks! Blonde, cloudy. Mango, melon and grassy hops in the aroma. Thin and watery, but a huge grassy hopbitterness. Yeast, melon, lemon. Low on carbon. Great session beer, should be even better from tap.
