Oct 28, 2007 12 oz from the GF’s fam. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is yeasty, pretty sweet, light citrus and other fruit. Light red apple flavor, mild alc, yeasty, a little off though. Medium bodied and good carb though chalky. Okay.

Sep 21, 2007 Had this on draft in Hawaii. There was every reason to enjoy it with the location and view, but the aroma was a bit metallic and skunky and so was the taste. Much thinner than anticipated. I enjoyed this brewery’s Longboard Lager more.

Aug 19, 2007 poured a nice golden color with a light malt scent. Very smooth and well balanced on the palate. If I ever go to Hawaii I’ll definitely be having some of this.

May 31, 2007 12 oz bottle enjoyed in beautiful Hawaii. Part of a mixed six pack. Poured a pale yellow with lots of bubbles. Tastes of mild hops. Some citrus but not much.

May 29, 2007 This beer is like a light pale ale. Easy to drink. Light bitterness and hoppy flavors underneath. Mild but refreshing.

May 29, 2007 12 oz bottle in Hawaii. Thin aromas were mostly bready with some sweetness. Flavors were similar with an awkard bitterness that wasn’t from any quantity of hops. Not great.
