I had this on draft at the Kona brewery in Kona, HI. This is the lawn mower beer of Kona’s lineup. Not much going on here

Sampled on draft at the brewery in Kona, Hawaii. The beer was a very clear and light gold color with a small, white bubbly head. The aroma was mostly earthy hops, some malt. It has a wet, but thin and oily body with pretty good fizz and moderate carbonation. A sour and sweet taste, with a lightly bitter finish.

Tasters at the Honolulu location. Clear bright straw color with some greenish tones and thin white head. Slightly malty, yeasty aroma from what I can detect in those glasses. Bright citrus flavor with good bitters. No real finish, but a dry almost fluffy mouthfeel.

Draught at Leilani’s, Maui. Some off-notes in the nose. Hazy light gold/yellow with a small white head and little lace. Ok flavor. Has a hop presence then it disappears. Doesn’t taste overly fresh. I’m not sure tap line cleanliness is a priority in Hawaii. Average.

On tap at the brew pub 11/02/2006. Super pale with very little head and almost no lacing. Aroma was almost nonexistent. A super light boring flavor. Some noticable malt in the body, no bitterness. Crisp and light body. Their lightest beer, too light.
