Oct 8, 2008 Tap. Sweet orange-lemon barley malt aroma. Light yellow color with small head. Light orange and barley malt flavor with a mild hops finish. A very nice blonde ale - great for a hot day.

Mar 19, 2007 Tasters at the Honolulu location. Clear bright straw color with some greenish tones and thin white head. Slightly malty, yeasty aroma from what I can detect in those glasses. Bright citrus flavor with good bitters. No real finish, but a dry almost fluffy mouthfeel.

2008 – Great Hawaiian Beer Run
Aroma – A good use of light malts. This had an interesting aroma.
Appearance – Darker yellow in color, nice head and clear.
Flavor – A easy to drink blonde ale this was at least to say a good Blonde ale.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very easy to drink ale The ladies will love this beer.

Jan 8, 2006 Draft at brewery: Golden and mostly clear; fading head but lace lingered a little. Lively carbonation; OK body/texture. Sweet grains accented by flowers (made me think of honeysuckle). Light and unexciting but surely drinkable.

Aug 12, 2006 Not a bad beer by any means but not very interesting at all either. I understand why it exists--to cater to the largely unadventurous types who come to the brewpub mainly for their wonderful food. Sweet aroma with an extremely light body and very little hop character. No flaws, but not a lot going on either.
