Medium golden and moderately active, with a very thin head. Thin and just lightly malted in a koelsch-style, but with little distinctiveness. Still a good well-made micro.

Tap. Sweet orange-lemon barley malt aroma. Light yellow color with small head. Light orange and barley malt flavor with a mild hops finish. A very nice blonde ale - great for a hot day.

Tasters at the Honolulu location. Clear bright straw color with some greenish tones and thin white head. Slightly malty, yeasty aroma from what I can detect in those glasses. Bright citrus flavor with good bitters. No real finish, but a dry almost fluffy mouthfeel.

A fair beer, as its way to light and mild for me, but the average drinker will find it pleasant. malt s and hops well balanced but light.

Draft at brewery: Golden and mostly clear; fading head but lace lingered a little. Lively carbonation; OK body/texture. Sweet grains accented by flowers (made me think of honeysuckle). Light and unexciting but surely drinkable.

Draft at the brewpub. Straw body, light spicy hop nose, small white head. Very light, with some noble hop notes.

Not a bad beer by any means but not very interesting at all either. I understand why it exists--to cater to the largely unadventurous types who come to the brewpub mainly for their wonderful food. Sweet aroma with an extremely light body and very little hop character. No flaws, but not a lot going on either.
