Commercial Description:
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Amber beer with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit. Flavor has a nice hop bitterness and a good balance of malt. Finish is grapefruit, starting bitter and finishing slightly sweet. Very nice american pale ale.

On tap, pours a decent light copper with a finger thick, cream colored head. The nose is clean bitter hops and sweet malt, as is the flavor. Very easy drinking

Bottle. A very nice pale ale, copper color, with a definite sweet taste initially balanced out with strong hoppy bitter aftertaste.

Draught @ Taphouse Grill, Seattle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty and hoppy aroma. Sweet fruity malty flavor with some hoppy hints. Malty hoppy finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pretty standard, but quite nice! Nice hoppiness, bready malt and clean carbonation. A nice little session ale.
