Commercial Description:
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Beer pours attractive copper color with a modestly retained off white head. Aroma is lightly citrus hops with just a bit of cereal maltiness. Flavor follows the aroma with an initial hoppy begining then just a bit of malty sweetness. Pretty tasty.

I’ve been wanting to try this beer since I started seeing it on the shelf. Cloudy coppery orange in appearance. Thick soapy head. Slight aroma of herbs, flowers and fresh cut grass. Crisp malty flavor that finishes with a slight roasted taste on the tounge. Overall it’s easy drinking but still retains some complexity. I’m hooked.

Bottle. Refreshing light golden brown ale. Not sure why people call it boring as we found it to have a malty character that neither distracts nor is overbearing. Much better cold than room-temp. Another very good summer time evening beer.

Amber beer with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit. Flavor has a nice hop bitterness and a good balance of malt. Finish is grapefruit, starting bitter and finishing slightly sweet. Very nice american pale ale.

On tap, pours a decent light copper with a finger thick, cream colored head. The nose is clean bitter hops and sweet malt, as is the flavor. Very easy drinking

Draught @ Taphouse Grill, Seattle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty and hoppy aroma. Sweet fruity malty flavor with some hoppy hints. Malty hoppy finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
